Seguidamente se exponen los sujetos, el objeto y el procedimiento propios de los procesos civiles declarativos ordinarios, lo que incluye el estudio de sus trámites hasta la sentencia y sus medios de impugnación. A continuación se explican los aspectos esenciales del proceso de ejecución y las medidas cautelares, así como los procesos especiales, para terminar con el arbitraje y la mediación.
